That's completely normal. Most clients come to us with a problem, not a solution. Our process starts with a discovery call where we work through your goals, constraints, and direction together. You don't need a brief, a mood board, or a clear vision before reaching out. That's our job.

Your time and your honesty. At the start we'll need about an hour for a discovery call, access to any existing brand assets you have, and timely feedback at each review stage. The more responsive you are, the faster and smoother the project moves. We handle everything else.

We work on a simple two part structure. 50% is due before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon final delivery. For larger projects we can discuss milestone based schedules. We invoice in advance of each payment.

It won't unless you ask for it to. Our quotes are fixed and based on a clearly defined scope agreed before we start. If you want to add something outside that scope mid project, we'll tell you what it costs before doing it. No surprises, no hidden fees.

We structure the process specifically to prevent this. You review and approve the direction before we go into production, which means by the time you see the final result, it shouldn't be a surprise. If something genuinely isn't right, we'll work through it together until it is.

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. A revision round means you consolidate all your feedback into one batch, we apply it, then you review again. This keeps the project moving and the feedback focused. Changes that fall outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we proceed.

Every project ends with a handoff session where we walk you through everything delivered and make sure you're fully set up to use it independently. After that, we're available for questions during a short support window at no extra cost. If you want ongoing help beyond that, whether it's updates, new campaigns, or continued development, we offer a monthly retainer for clients who want us to stay involved.
